Care Career Co-ordinator – North Wales Region

23/01/2020

Location: To be agreed options across the region
Salary: £25,801 – £28,785

Fixed Term until end March 2022

An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the development of the social care workforce in North Wales. Wales will need thousands more people to work in caring roles with adults and children by 2030 if it is to keep pace with the growing demand for care services and provide support for communities across the country.

To help attract more people to work in care, a national campaign called ‘WeCare Wales’ has been launched. The campaign will highlight the breadth of career opportunities in care, from childminders and nursery practitioners to home care co-ordinators and care home managers.

We are looking for an individual with the essential skills and experience to promote the values needed and opportunities available to work in the sector, developing partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders and co-ordinate activity to meet the national, regional and local aims of the campaign. Could this be you?
