Lead Organisation: Llais
Llais encourages and supports people to have a voice in the design, planning and delivery of NHS and social care services.
They gather views and experiences of health and social care, and make sure it is used by decision-makers to shape services.
They seek out both good and bad stories to understand what works well and how services may need to get better, and they look to particularly talk to those whose voices are not often heard.
You can search their collection of national reports, which set out what they have heard and what people think about services across Wales on their website.
