Future generations update: Future trends

04/09/2017

Following publication earlier this year of the initial Future Trends Report, work continues into future trends work relating to the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.  The report, compiled from numerous data and information sources, presented key future trends affecting Wales to support Public Services Boards (PSBs) in their work. David Thomas, Future Trends Manager, advises they are now aiming to collate future trend related material in their online Objective Connect system, hoping to build a future trend resource to assist PSB Wellbeing Plans in the short term and to improve the report itself in the longer term, particularly welcoming research and data at Local Authority and community levels.   For details on how to access Objective Connect please contact either david.thomas7@gov.wales or WFGAct@wales.gsi.gov.uk
