As part of the work of the North Wales Together for Mental Health Partnership Board, we are undertaking a mapping exercise of the Mental Health Services that are available to our citizens across North Wales.
We would specifically like to know about the projects and services that contribute to the four priority areas outlined in the interim Together for Mental Health Strategy. Further details of this are contained within the attached questionnaire.
