We make sense of the world through stories. Emerging evidence and good practice in health and social care tells us that there is value in storytelling for individuals and staff, to make sense of their experiences. Storytelling can be used as an evaluation tool, for communications and marketing.
There are many organisations who can help us to develop new ways to listen to the voices of the people who received health and care services.
