Co-production values groups

07/08/2019

A number of workshops have been set up across the region to look at co-producing a set of values for the workforce. We welcome participants with learning disabilities, parents, carers, providers of services, professionals and any other interested parties to come along and co-produce a set of values for the social care workforce. Once developed we can look at how these values are embedded across the workplace through values based recruitment, induction, training and development and appraisal.

Currently we have four workshops planned across North Wales on the following dates.

Tuesday 10 September 11am till 3pm: Galeri Caernarfon, Doc Victoria, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL55 1SQ

Thursday 12 September 9.00am till 12.00pm:  Conwy Business Centre, Junction Way, Llandudno Junction, Conwy, LL31 9XX

Tuesday 17 September 9.30am till 12.00pm: Hwb Cyfle – Chester Road West, Queensferry, CH5 1SA

Wrexham: September date to be arranged.

If you want to get involved in shaping the value base for the workforce, please email Sian.croston@flintshire.gov.uk to book your place. All welcome.
