North Wales Social Care and Community Health Workforce Strategy 2024 – 2026
The North Wales Workforce Board (NWWB) are pleased to share the final North Wales Social Care and Community Health Workforce Strategy 2024-2026. The three main priorities (noted above) were agreed from a stakeholder workshop held in June 2023 where new partners were invited to attend, and provided an opportunity to discuss what partners thought the priorities should be for the region moving forward. The development of the Strategy was an ambitious project which covered the Social Care and Community Health Workforce across North Wales.
The Strategy received approval from the North Wales Regional Partnership Board in April 2024.
