Dementia Strategy Event 21 November 2019

13/11/2019

The event on the 21 November is now fully booked.

If you no longer need your place please contact Sarah Bartlett to cancel so we can offer it to someone on the waiting list.

The plan for the day

Below you can download the handouts we’ll be discussing at the event. There will be printed copies of these available on the day.

Summary of the findings so far
Case studies

In each workshop we’ll look at one of the themes and ask:

  1. Are there any important points missing from the summary?
  2. What support is available now for the people in each case study and is it good enough?
  3. What recommendations and actions should we include in the strategy for this theme?

How to take part if you can’t attend

If the technology works, we’re hoping to share a video of the presentations from the event. If you’d like us to let you know when this goes live please contact Sarah Bartlett.

You can also read the handouts and discussion questions above and send your comments to Sarah Bartlett by Monday 2 December. Or if you’d prefer to take part over the phone, call Emma Pugh on 01492 523844.
