Dementia strategy: what services are available?

25/07/2019

As part of the work on the dementia strategy we are looking at what services are currently available to support people affected by dementia in North Wales.

We have put together a spreadsheet based on what we found online as a start. We know a lot of things will be missing or need correcting so apologies for all the mistakes. Based on what we’ve learned from similar projects we found that it was easier to get the right information by sending out what we have to be corrected instead of starting from scratch.

To request a copy of the spreadsheet please email sarah.bartlett@denbighshire.gov.uk

Please could you review the spreadsheet and let us know what’s missing or needs correcting by Friday 6 September. Please can you send changes back to Sarah Bartlett by email sarah.bartlett@denbighshire.gov.uk or if it’s easier to discuss over the phone, please call 01824 712038.

More information about the dementia strategy is available on our website.
