If you’d prefer a conversation in person, over the phone or an online chat then please contact Emma from the Citizen’s Panel to arrange this by emailing emmapugh@cvsc.org.uk or phoning 01492 523844.

Please send all your answers back to us by Friday 20 July 2018.

About the strategy

The strategy is part of the Regional Partnership Board’s plan to improve and integrate services in North Wales for children, young people and adults with learning disabilities. It’s being written by the six councils, Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board along with other partners.

For the latest updates about the project and information about other ways to be involved, please see our learning disability strategy newsletters.
