North Wales services unite to launch new dementia support tool

The project brings together Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust, North Wales Police, North Wales Fire and Rescue Service, and the North Wales Regional Partnership Board, in collaboration with local health and care teams. Together, they have introduced a simple yet effective information tool that will make it easier for individuals and families to access guidance, resources, and support when they need it most.
