Communities of practice

Communities of practice are groups of people who share a concern, a set of problems, or a passion about a topic, and who deepen their understanding and knowledge of this area by interacting on an ongoing basis (Wenger et al., 2001).

This is a list of communities of practice that may be of interest to health and social care practitioners in North Wales. Please let us know of any additional groups or information that needs updating.
