Statistical profiles for North Wales

These four-page profiles contain statistical information for unitary authority areas, local health board areas and public service board areas in North Wales. They were published in October 2022.

They provide statistical information about the wider social and physical environment that can impact on health and well-being. This includes data about:

  • population characteristics
  • health indicators
  • housing and living arrangements
  • community safety
  • economy and employment
  • income and benefits
  • deprivation

The profiles are currently being redeveloped and expanded. They will be updated throughout 2022 and 2023 to reflect new data that becomes available as the results of the 2021 Census are published.

Accessible versions of the profiles are available on request.

We can provide area profiles containing most of this data for other areas, including any small areas that can be built from the lower super output area statistical geography.

You can also contact us if you need more detailed statistics or help with analysis.  And you can let us know if there is any other statistical information you think it would be useful to provide on this website.
