Survey

19/10/2020

The North Wales Workforce Board (NWWB) is seeking the support of colleagues from across North Wales to assist it in assessing the challenges faced in the Health & Social Care sector on the recruitment and retention of care staff.

The purpose of the exercise is to identify possible solutions to support the sector to attract, recruit and retain staff, and in particular to identify possible solutions to address staffing capacity challenges faced across the sector in both the short-term and the long-term.

To assist the NWWB in further understanding the challenges faced across the sector we would very much welcome your support by completing a survey questionnaire.

Please note that the survey questionnaire should only be completed by organisations that provide services within North Wales as the NWWB is seeking to address challenges facing the sector within North Wales.

The results of the survey will be used to assist the NWWB in further developing its strategy to support the Health & Social Care sector across North Wales.

The survey is accessed via: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/1E5MNK/

When completing the survey kindly note that items marked ‘*’ are mandatory. Where the answer may be zero, then please enter ‘0’ in the box provided.

Kindly complete the survey by the close of business on: 28th October 2020.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further information or assistance.

We appreciate your support and are grateful to you for your assistance.
