The role of the Responsible Individual and developing a Learning and Development plan

This event will take place on 22/11/2019 at Porth Eirias

Using the Social Care Wales Learning Resource for Responsible Individuals in relation to the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 we will;

Explore the concept of quality in social care
Consider the requirements in relation to effective leadership and management
Participants will be supported to complete their own Development Plan

It should also be of interest to service providers and managers in understanding the respective roles and responsibilities of RIs, service providers and managers and how these complement each other.

Refreshments available on arrival.
