With the aim of ensuring a sustainable care home market in North Wales, Local Authority and Health Board Commissioners have made a commitment to reviewing the contract terms & conditions (‘Pre-Placement Agreement’) and service specification.
Market shaping statement: Care homes for older people
You are invited to attend a workshop to engage in the co-production of the service specification; which is intended to include details of:
– what is and is not included within the standard fee (including equipment)
– standards of quality & safety
– workforce requirements
– notable practice guides
Workshops are being held on:
19 Feb (1 – 4pm): Restaurant 1887, Glyndwr University, Wrexham
21 Feb (9.30am – 12.30pm): Room 3, Porth Eirias, Colwyn Bay
22 Feb (9.30am – 12.30pm): Ty Menai, Parc Menai, Bangor
You only need to attend one workshop.
